The audiologist was friendly, professional, and Competent, But nobody bothered to tell me that my insurance wouldn’t even cover the basic hearing aids, so the experience was quite embarrassing. Then they sent me an offer for $300 more than the basics but they won’t combine my insurance with the 300 and just take my insurance and charge me 300 really frustrating and disappointing

I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome. I was a walk-in at a different location. Megan was extremely pleasant and took care of my issue in 5 minutes. I was very impressed. I’ve been very happy with everyone at Hear USA

The Hear.com experience was a positive one. It turned out that I was a difficult person to fit, and they were patient and thorough in the fitting. I'm only a few days in, but am happy to say I'm hearing better!

Went to see Megan to help assist with an issue where one of the hearing aids was not staying in. Megan, as usual, was great and put a larger earpiece on which solved the problem. I also got some extra parts for the aids. Thank you, Megan, for a quick appointment and getting the job done.

Hear USA TECHNICAL provider beyond competent and courtesy. However, the phone help provider - to reach for an appointment - experience was useless, confusing and led to no answer at all while. one of my devices stopped working and I was usable to hear adequately. Wish I could score that bot with 5 negative stars.
