Monique was very professional. She listened attentively, and explained the process completely. The hearing aids I received worked wonderfully for me. I have received follow up emails with information on how to get the most benefit from my hearing aids. Beyond satisfied.
The service was good and the young lady that spoke to me was very helpful but I needed to see a audiologist so I have to contact one that can do what has to be done
The person doing the hearing test was very kind and considerate went over everything just like you would think she would. She did a very good job.
