I was very surprised when I was told of my hearing deficit. Monique was very kind as she explained how to stop my hearing from getting worse. I can’t say enough about her patience and professionalism. Thank you Monique.
I was surprised my hearing test was not in a sound proof room but instead I was in a typical office setting. This was a challenge for me due to the distraction of typing on keyboard and music that was turned down after I brought it to her attention. Also, I did not know the hearing test could be administered by a hearing aid specialist and not necessarily an audiologist.
