Monique was outstanding. You MUST put a sign in the window or on the door, There is 480 on the door, some other company’s name and the door is locked. Terrible site management. I would promptly give you a 0 if not for Monique
My representative Monique is excellent. I do not like the system to call for an appointment. Waited a day and a half for a return call. No name on outside of building.
Taylor and Monique were very helpful, informative, professional and friendly. Taylor helped set up the appointment and with follow-up. Monique performed the audiology test for my mother. I was able to be in the room at the same time. Instead of the usual soundproof room for mom to sit in, they simply put headphones on her. Monique did a fantastic job with the test, and took her time with 92 year old mom who can hardly hear.
