Can hear and understand conversations for the first time in years. Long time wearer of hearing aids. Best I have found and cost half what pervious pair did. Monique was/is outstanding.
Monique was outstanding. You MUST put a sign in the window or on the door, There is 480 on the door, some other company’s name and the door is locked. Terrible site management. I would promptly give you a 0 if not for Monique
The first visit was good. The ear tech new her stuff and was pleasant to be around. The second time it was not going as good. But that was because I kept interrupting her. She called me out, we (I) started over. After I shut up it went good. Not truly satisfied with what I got, I have a few things that I'm not satisfied about, in time.. I hope.
This Hear USA is very close to me. Wyandotte MI. I’ve been going to Ann Arbor for years seeing Daniel. So I needed a minor adjustment so I thought I could walk in like at Ann Arbor and someone would be at front desk. (Emily) No so at Wyandotte facility. No signs on any doors inside or out. This is not good for customer relations and trying to find the place especially if you’re a senior in your mid 70s.. Taylor and Monique were very helpful, informative, professional and friendly. Taylor helped set up the appointment and with follow-up. Monique performed the audiology test for my mother. I was able to be in the room at the same time. Instead of the usual soundproof room for mom to sit in, they simply put headphones on her. Monique did a fantastic job with the test, and took her time with 92 year old mom who can hardly hear.
