From the first day that I picked up my hearing aids I had trouble. One of them wouldn’t hold a charge, I called the next day to bring them back in. 3 days later they called me back and gave me an appointment for 3 days later. I currently live in Arizona. I was flying to Michigan to see my family and friends. I was having problems with my hearing aids in Michigan. I went to the Sterling Heights office to see if someone could help me. The girl took me in right away and corrected my problem. She was very professional. I would highly recommend this office to my friends.

Dr Amanda Hamilton and her assistant Holly are great! I was having problems with one of my hearing aids and they were quick to address and solve the problem. I highly recommend this office in Sterling Heights- Lakeside circle!

I had a very pleasant experience at HearUSA in Sterling Heights. Dr. Amanda was professional and thorough. Looking forward to picking up my new hearing aids.

I was very happy with the service. The doctor explained everything before and after. I would definitely recommend them. I didn’t care for the lack of signage, building is an older one so I question if it was a good idea to get on the elevator.
