I recently had hardwood floors and stair treads installed in my home. Doug, Julia and the entire Heath Flooring team made it a fabulous experience. The installation crew (Bruno, William, Vinnie and Jose) were the best I gave ever worked with. They are true artists. Thank you for making a beautiful living space for my family.
tile work was superb. carpet installed 3 times. 2 times replaced by Mohawk. last install, seams stand out and they placed the hinge stop upside down and drove it through a closet door. The landing had a cut in the carpet. Wood floors installed by cutting the jambs too high. All the contract installers have no oversight by Heath until the complaints rolled in.
I intentionally waited a few months before posting this review to make sure the carpet held up to my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and helped us choose the right flooring for our office. Heath Flooring installed a shower bench in our master bathroom walk-in shower. Leo was easy to work with and a did a perfect job. I asked for a slight change when he arrived and he contacted his boss making the change very easy. It looks as if it was installed to begin with. We were so pleased that Heath Flooring was still able to get some of the original wavy board like had been used on the shower walls. Working with Heath Flooring was a great experience. Julia and Doug were very knowledgeable and helpful with every step of the process. We chose to have LVP installed and we were very happy with the crew that did the installation. We would definitely choose Heath Flooring again.
