I highly recommend Dr. Simpkins. She is incredibly professional, attentive, and consistently prioritizes my needs. Dr. Simpkins always provides me with various options and alternatives, each accompanied by practical recommendations. Her approachable demeanor makes discussing my health conditions easy and comfortable. I am grateful for the care she has provided.
Unfortunately, have not been having the best experience with Dr Simpkins and team lately. After having a very normal physical exam I received a bill for a physical + office visit on the same date. I thought this might be a mistake, so I contacted Dr Simpkins. Her team was quick to reply that this was no error and the reason for coding an additional office visit is because "you discussed multiple items during the visit." I’ve been seeing Dr. Simpkins for about 6 years now, and I give her my highest recommendation. She is kind, empathetic, extremely smart, positive, and very fair. I have never had any complaints to voice about my healthcare, not one!
