I gave a 5 star simply because of Cynthia over in emergency Maintenance. When I first moved into Heatherwood, she was in Leasing, and helped me tremendously. Shortly after I moved in, 5 years ago she was no longer in that office & I wondered where she went because she was such a kind and helpful soul, to this day I have heatherwood stored under Cynthia’s name because I wanted to remember her kind of helpfulness and Guidance during a stressful moment in my life.
