Dr. Ramos is a thinking and thorough medical professional, one of the best among a lot of uncaring robots just out to make money. He takes the time to listen to his patients and has a very sharp eye for issues as well as near encyclopedic knowledge of most medical maladies. He is pleasantly non egotistical and underneath a casual exterior, unusually caring.
