Have had storage units here for over a year now. Great customer service until today. Rep was very rude concerning an insurance issue that was clearly a problem on their end, and then tried to insist that I pay for insurance because they never received my declarations page (which was uploaded to the link in the email they sent out). Don’t know how much longer I’ll be with this company since they clearly don’t value their customers.
Edd did such a fantastic job. I was having such a fit, I couldn't log into my account so I could change my payment. She calmed me down and walked me through every step of changing my password and changing my payment. she was so understanding and extra helpful and I took soooooo much of her time. She must of thought I was the slowest person on planet earth. Thanks for all the greatest of great help EDD!!!!!!!
