Edd did such a fantastic job. I was having such a fit, I couldn't log into my account so I could change my payment. She calmed me down and walked me through every step of changing my password and changing my payment. she was so understanding and extra helpful and I took soooooo much of her time. Great new building. Wish there was someone on site. On the phone most people were helpful and nice during my 4 months. Getting a unit and paying the monthly was easy but be careful when trying to move out. That process was not as easy. I Had to pay for an extra month bc I didn’t send the empty unit pics 3 days before?? ( I thought since I paid for the month I had until the end of the month to move out.) I definitely recommend Carmen Pipitone, (regional operations manager) for any questions, issues, or guidance you may have. She was very sweet and informative for us.
Everyone is so nice and were very helpful and professional. I wish I knew how to spell the young ladies name that helped me at the very beginning and again at the site. She is a lovely person and the way she treated me made me know that Helio Storage is the right storage for me. I will definitely be referring Helio Storage to my friend, family and clients. Thank you
