Signing up was very easy and the two customer service reps that I’ve spoken to have both provided outstanding assistance. The units are very clean and in great shape. It’s really cool that the whole facility is solar powered!
Patricia Aguiran was very pleasant to work with and knowledgeable of the units available. I had previously spoken with her, but there was not a 10 x 10 available. I really appreciate that she called me back when a 10 x 10 was available. Patricia is the kind of person that any company should appreciate her dedicated services to the customers!
Today I spoke with Ruth on the phone about estimates and availability of a Helios storage unit. Talk about helpful! She was professional with a pleasant voice and just as pleasant of an attitude. The climate temperature is excellent. Extremely well taken care of and maintained. Safe and secure.
Attempted to rent a unit and it was frustrating to say the least. When you enter the building there is an "open" sign, but you only see a sign that says the property is remotely managed. Went online to start the rental process and it took my payment information just fine. Signing the documents were frozen past page one. The online chat only lets you press buttons of what you could want, but none that I needed. The type to chat feature was turned off.
