Great new building. Wish there was someone on site. On the phone most people were helpful and nice during my 4 months. Getting a unit and paying the monthly was easy but be careful when trying to move out. That process was not as easy. I Had to pay for an extra month bc I didn’t send the empty unit pics 3 days before?? ( I thought since I paid for the month I had until the end of the month to move out.) Everyone is so nice and were very helpful and professional. I wish I knew how to spell the young ladies name that helped me at the very beginning and again at the site. She is a lovely person and the way she treated me made me know that Helio Storage is the right storage for me. I will definitely be referring Helio Storage to my friend, family and clients. Thank you
Rented a storage unit middle of January. By the end of January my code no longer opened the building. I called multiple times and was told, "You're the only one having a problem." I've rented another storage building but I can't get them to open up the building so I can get my stuff out. It still hasn't been an entire month since I rented the unit and they want me to pay for another month. I might have to pay just to get my stuff back. No one at Helios will help. I had some questions during the online registration and payment process. I spoke with Sam and she could not have been more helpful and kind. This is the first time I've rented a storage unit. I look forward to a continued positive experience!
The facility itself is very nice and clean. My debit card had expired and my payment would not go through. I spoke with Jay and they were very helpful. It was taken care of in minutes.
