Edd did such a fantastic job. I was having such a fit, I couldn't log into my account so I could change my payment. She calmed me down and walked me through every step of changing my password and changing my payment. she was so understanding and extra helpful and I took soooooo much of her time. Great new building. Wish there was someone on site. On the phone most people were helpful and nice during my 4 months. Getting a unit and paying the monthly was easy but be careful when trying to move out. That process was not as easy. I Had to pay for an extra month bc I didn’t send the empty unit pics 3 days before?? ( I thought since I paid for the month I had until the end of the month to move out.) Everyone is so nice and were very helpful and professional. I wish I knew how to spell the young ladies name that helped me at the very beginning and again at the site. She is a lovely person and the way she treated me made me know that Helio Storage is the right storage for me. I will definitely be referring Helio Storage to my friend, family and clients. Thank you
