Great customer service! 1. Checking in, the person was very personable, asking how I'm doing. 2. The Nurse is very kind with the same, again asking how I'm doing. 3. Dr. Heather is exceptional! It had been a year, but always asks about trips my husband and I have taken in the past year. She explains any concerns I have about new 'barnacles', which helps to put my mind at ease. 4. My heart feels good, when I'm told 'see you next year!' Thank you for everyone I come in contact with!
Dr. Heller is an outstanding dermatologist and an exceptional physician. From the very first visit, he took the time to truly listen and carefully study the affected area of my skin. Had a very pleasant experience. 1st time here. Went to remove warts off the top of my son's foot. Still in the healing process. Got to go back for follow up appointment. Nurse & staff were all pleasant. Not much of a wait at all.
First visit to Heller Dermatology today. I was seen by Heather and it was a great office visit. Had a skin check and some moles removed. No wait time before or during visit, which is refreshing. Very nice staff from front desk to check out. I am so happy to find Heller Dermatology and would highly recommend. Thanks for making my visit smooth .
I took my husband to see her, she did a thorough exam. She found a suspicious spot on his face we had never noticed before. Took a biopsy and hopefully it will be okay. I already had a list of places to check but never saw the place on his face. She also removed a tag very close to his eye. She let him know everything that was happening and what she saw. He was very impressed and it’s very hard to impress my husband. She is an asset to Heller Dermatology.
