Very overwhelming when you cant get your own information about your storage , hopefully no one else is going in and out of my storage because they can't even tell me the last time it was when I went to that storage all because the storage is under my husband's name and my husband's at work looking for a new storage I'm not dealing with this type of bullshit after a year you guys just lost a. Closes extremely early, so it’s difficult to move in; out, or access, but it’s still expensive. They also will charge a hefty feee if you’re stuck in there after they close the system down at 7pm. They require you to have insurance on the unit. The exits system is strange— makes it hard to leave. The units themselves are okay, relatively clean. Lots of spiders and webs. Sharon was so helpful and friendly. I had been trying to get there after work before they closed for sometime and I stopped by late one day right at closing. Even though she was getting ready to leave, she stayed and helped get me set up with the reservation. On move-in day she was there and got the paperwork set up very quickly and showed us to the unit. The unit was very nice, clean and easy to get to. I couldn’t ask for an easier move-in.
My husband Mike said Manager is easy to work and pleasant, did most everything online and went into sign. Storages nice and clean. Very conveniently located for us. Only wish the accessible hours were later, you can only access up to 7pm. But great otherwise.
If you rent with an online special beware, just got informed that the special price is only good for 4 months. They raised my monthly rent $99.00 with out notification. When asked about the increase I was told they don't send out any notices advising the renters of the increase. I was told that the special was 36% discount from normal price $251.00 leaving my monthly payment $185.00 but my increase was 54% for $99.00. My new monthly payment is $284.00. Talk about inflation. BEWARE BEWARE
