We purchased our wedding rings from Helzberg Diamonds Wellington store July 2004. We were skeptical about purchasing the lifetime warranty plan but did it anyway. 20 years later, April 18, 2025 we went in to have the rings cleaned and repaired and was met with great service! Ashley was attentive and extremely helpful in ensuring that the requested services were completed and returned before our anniversary. This experience has made me a Helzberg customer for life!
