Great service. I came in and was greeted by the entire staff with big smiles. The manager Serina also came over shook my hand said hi asked me what I needed help with for my pets. She answered all my questions. My pups got their wellness shots and overall I felt that Hendricks really cared for me and my fur pups. I will keep coming here!
Dr. Squires has been taking care of my dog for 9 years, ever since he was a puppy. Charlie continues to thrive and we are both grateful for the kind and compassionate care he has received.
First visit for my corgi. The med tech was really sweet with him. The vet was very thorough. He barely noticed the shot w the chip ID. Instructions for his ear infection were clear. Very nice front desk as well. Speedy check out. Hendricks also took care of my older dog the last years while dealing with mast cell tumors that started in his ear.ultimately he was put down but he was 16.5 and they cared for him extremely well w compassion and understanding. Everyone at Hendricks was so kind and caring. They took such great care of my cat. Plus, they got us in quickly, even though we were new patients. I would highly recommend them!
The staff was so amazing and caring. Finding out I had to put my sweet Howie guy down was a bad day but they were all so kind and supportive. They were not pushy and did not hurry us. They gave us time to say our goodbyes and to be at peace with my decisions. I truly appreciate all of them. I recommend them to everyone. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a veterinarian hospital. Thank you.
