I've driven by a few times. Always love this building. However when I walked to finally fill out a leasing application (my corporate lease is ending) the first thing I noticed was a front facing unit with plastic trash bags or table clothes as curtains 😳 Yikes! With thrash bags in the windows.🥴 I immediately thought serial killer vibes. But little did I know that would pail in comparison to the rest of my experience which was no experience. The building is clean and the office staff are very friendly and sweet .
Bernadette in the leasing office is horrible. She stated that nobody cares about the viral video of the rodents because “people are still applying and want to move in” take a look at the building through the windows. It’s over 90% EMPTY. I was accused of stealing a residents bike and she brought the man to my door!! Turns out it was the young guys in the building. I was issued no apology. We also had a situation where a bunch of stolen cars were being stolen and parked in the garage.
I live here and I actually love the property and the staff. They keep the property clean and i have never seen any rodents. The manager is very nice and always willing to help.
Completely disgusting apartments. Infested with rodents and roaches and refuse to do anything to help with the safety of their tenants. It’s very sad and such a waste of money. Disappointing and innappropriate staff. Please don’t stay here.
