We had an excellent experience with Hennen Floor Covering from start to finish. The sales and coordinating teams were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process easy. Our installers, Jeff and Nathan, were outstanding and went above and beyond our expectations. They paid attention to every detail and made sure everything was done right. We are very happy with the results. All of our future flooring projects will be done through Hennen Floor Covering. We highly recommend them.
Incorrect carpet installed. They claimed the person that cuts the carpet doesn't know the difference between carpet types. Came back and replaced it with what they claimed was what we picked. They measured specifically for a carpet with a pattern but the carpet installed has no pattern. I was done at that point and not having them replace it for the 3rd time after waiting months for my carpet. The carpet is complete garbage and needs to be replaced a couple years later. Stopped in on a Tuesday had help picking out carpet that they had in stock, some one came and measured the room on Wednesday and they were installing the new carpet on Friday. Great,Fast, Local service!
