New management has been awesome! I’ve gotten quick help on all my maintenance issues, including a Saturday-night emergency. Most importantly to me- It’s very quiet. I’m a noise-sensitive person, and I was nervous to move into a building with this many units because I was sure there would be noise issues. But so far nothing! MADISON!!!! 🙌🙌🙌💪 she was so exceptional in showing us around this wonderful gym and really blowing our mind with everything they had to offer here! It’s been so amazing getting guidance from them and they made us feel so welcome here! HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU COME HERE!!! With prices of gyms nowadays they have great promotions here and even without the promotion, the VALUE they are providing is beyond what we’ve seen so far! Love the atmosphere and love the staff!!!! New management recently took over the building and they're doing great. I ran into some typical issues during move in but Sidney and Matt went above and beyond to get on top of the issues as they cropped up. Also they have been doing stuff like donuts and cookies in the lobby once a week which is fun and are surveying residents to figure out where improvements can be made
At first, I loved this place. But the past few months, things have gone majorly downhill. I have been without hot water or any water pressure in my shower for almost 2 weeks due to a second flood that has happened in the last 5 months. There has been no communication from management regarding the water issue and it seems there is also no motivation to get it fixed in a timely manner. TLDR did not have a good experience and would advise a friend not to rent here. 1) Maintenance incredibly slow - my washing machine was broken for three months and I did not receive a rent reduction for the non-working appliance. 2) Water damage/mold - my entire wing had tons of plumbing issues, constant work going on, concerns about mold in the building. 3) Out of control pets - people let their dogs run wild and management doesn't care. 4) Payment - they don't allow cash or checks and their online payment system requir... read more
