Herald Tower apartment Frequent ceiling leaks & flooding. Some leaks are unrepairable for some reasons. My apartment is an example. (See my photos). Advice: make appointments to see the apartments on a rainy day. Ask to speak with neighbors if possible. The management is known to repair leaks by taping a plastic sheet to cover the holes on the leaky ceiling! I am not sure if this can be considered safe or legally acceptable repair job. Went to the Harry Potter expo. Worth the price if you're a Harry Potter fan. Sport for the VIP, because the regular admittance queue was probably at least an hour wait!! We were able to go right the the front with VIP passes.
I tried the boxing class in my building and it was such a great workout! Thomas kept the energy high and really pushed us while still making it fun
Amazing place to stay, however the elevators take forever and the bathroom never gets fixed so I often hear weird noises in the bathroom. The secretaries are very kind and friendly
Lived here for 2 years, glad to be moving out. Management is slow to respond, maintenance is great and quick but AC is a hopeless case. If you’re one of the rare people paying for a real studio or one bed, you’re going to deal with the trashiest of people in the building as most people here are in a shoebox in a 1 bed flex 3 or in some cases flex 4.
