We had used Heritage Carpet in the past before there seemed to be a change in ownership or integrity with the company or both. Confident about using them again, we had carpet installed in our main floor owner's suite which is visible from the main foyer. The first Mohawk carpet installed had a significant odor that didn't subside even after we were told to wait for a week or more. A great experience from start to finish. From the time we walked through the door to the installation, there were no pressure sales. Everyone was friendly and we got our carpet installed sooner than we expected. They sent a team of three to install. That team worked well together and they did a fabulous job. We would highly recommend Heritage Carpet & Flooring.

Everything went smoothly with the purchase of flooring. It all fell apart when it came to the installation of LVP and carpet on the entire first floor of our home. I’ll provide pictures of shoe molding that was damaged, and not replaced until I had to inquire for such action, after being told that any damaged molding would be replaced. Along with that, we had multiple areas of trim damaged with no one making us aware that pulling out shoe molding could cause this.
