Overall from my mother experience.. The recent reviews are hard to believe. This has been the worst place she has been to. Employees are rude. Smell is horrible sometimes. My mother wasn’t getting her medication somedays and when asked about it I wasn’t told the truth. She was barely eating and always complained about staff being unhinged towards her. I hope someone steps in and investigate this place.
Very nice. Employees were all friendly. Costs are reasonable. Small residential population. Convenient location.
This is a beautiful place and I appreciated all that Olivia shared with me. I like the location, the cleanliness, and that it is close to where I live.
This location has a Laissez-Faire surface compliance style of running business both on the nursing and administrative side. - I say this location because I don't feel it is fair to speak for a chain of businesses. This is a great place to take folks if you want to just drop them off and not look back. I have noticed that if an issue is brought to the attention of management/nursing administration a wink to the staff and a partial resolution is offered to the family often in some style of dissidence. Do they have zero stars? Improper medication administration. Lack of staffing supervision. Staff bringing children to their shifts. Lack of monitoring dementia patients to mitigate wandering. Stay away.
