A friendly environment and very efficient. It's never a long waiting time until your name is called. The medical staff are professional and up front about your needs - no surprises and no pressure. As a patient, you are in full control of any follow up procedures based on their advice. Estimates are given in advance to help you make your decision. I'm very happy with my choice of this dental clinic.
I was recommended by family to see Dr Haque as she is great with anxious people. From initially meeting her I knew they were right. I have had several previous attempts to have a wisdom tooth out which failed as it wouldn’t numb or nerves were hit causing major anxiety doing this again. She assured me it would be easy and it sure was. She kept me calm, talked me through it and it was done so smoothly. Finally found myself a dentist I can trust and feel comfortable with.
I had a great experience at this dental clinic. The entire team was incredibly supportive, professional, and caring throughout the process. A special thank you to Dr. Ayesha Haque, who went above and beyond by completing my entire procedure in one day instead of postponing the surgery. Her kindness and professionalism made the experience much easier and less stressful. I would also like to thank Nurse Amaan (apologies if I spelled the name incorrectly) for the excellent care and support. 💯
The front end staff are very friendly, polite and quick to greet you and check you in. Tanya my dental hygienist is absolutely amazing and makes me feel very relaxed during my visit. She listens to my concerns and addresses them promptly. The dentists are also great and helpful! A great dental place to have all your needs met even if you are an anxious client.
Dr Joe Lasko This man is a god of a dentist! No kidding, I had 20 years worth of dental work needed, Joe and his staff are amazing, I am so grateful for what he has done for me, he has literally changed my life, made me feel whole again. I felt so awful for years now I can smile with confidence! Thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️
