MOST AMAZING DENTAL OFFICE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! All the staff create such a warm and friendly atmosphere! Dr Ethan is actually the best Doctor he is cool and sassy and hip with the times, he watches Spider-Man. Stephanie is super sweet and puts on great rubber dams that don’t hurt. Thanks for all the love and care you all put in to your work it shows!! Keep up the amazing work! I love the cozy office my husband and I drive from Chilliwack to come here and it’s so worth it for the comfort and care we are shown each time. I ... read more
This establishment is really exceptional. I have very high anxiety when it comes to the dentist, and I've never been put at ease. It's the way I was there at any other dentist. They explain everything they're doing, they show you everything they 're doing, including on the computer screen, bringing up your file. Everything, they're honest, and they're not trying to get all they can out here. They genuinely care about our health and teeth. Everybody there is super kind and I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much... read more
A great dental clinic, all the staff and dentist Joe are very friendly yet professional. They all take time to explain what is required and what other options are available. I would and have recommended this clinic to my friends, and recommend it to you reading this review.
I’m very happy with our experience at this dental office. Dr Ethan is professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. Everything was explained clearly, and I always felt comfortable and well taken care of. The entire team is friendly, respectful, and welcoming. It’s clear that they truly care about their patients and take pride in their work. I highly recommend this dentist to anyone looking for excellent dental care and a positive experience.
I have been going to Heritage dental since I was 8. I bring my children there and would not go any where else. I drive all the way from Chiliwack. They are fantastic upstairs and down! Highly recommend Dr. Germain and Dr. Wiens. The entire team is fantastic, the front end girls included!
