I am surprised my experience was so bad considering the good reviews left by other customers. However, I wanted to share my honest experience because I used to own a small business myself, and people deserve to know the truth. Newly widowed, I bought a small Cluster Home in MacIntosh Farms in 2/23, which needed much updating, (a tough order after my spouse was 'Fatica Kitchens & Fine Cabinetry') I used Heritage Floor Covering after I saw an article in the Royalton Recorder. All I can say is if you are looking for new Flooring, PLEASE do yourself a favor & look NO FURTHER. (Even my husband would have overwhelmingly approved!) Nick and his staff are outstanding! I cannot express more how happy and grateful I am to have stumbled across Heritage Floor Covering. I received several quotes from "'big name" companies and was never comfortable with the quality for price point that I continued to get. After doing copious amounts of my own research, I eventually called Heritage and Nick new exactly what I would want just off the parameters of my house and my general expectations. Pam and Nick are just incredible. They are extraordinarily knowledgeable yet explain the many flooring options they offer in a way that someone with little to no experience in home remodeling (like myself) can easily understand. Their installers did an amazing job--they were all very detail oriented yet finished the jobs in a timely fashion. Do not hesitate to call or stop by their showroom!
Nick was a massive help in helping me choose new floors for my camper van. I explained what i was looking for, and found the perfect LVP for my project. Even though i was only working with a 35ft² space, i was treated just as important as any other customer. There was no attempt to upsell me, and i ended up with exactly what i needed at a great price.
