For the first time since renting an apartment I actually have something positive to say! As of Oct 1 it has been 1yr since I moved in and long story short everytime I have asked something be fixed, or added it's completed within 1 or 2 weeks! Trish & Connie who are the buildings co-supers are fabulous and go above and beyond! I'm impressed by the proper notice given in writing whenever something is to be done that will effect tenants.
Trish and Connie are amazing! The building is clean, they keep us up to date on things and events! it a great place to live! Skyline I would recommend renting great company! They go above and beyond for tenants they care! Truly nice experience
I lived here for 8 years. It was a great place to live, I always felt safe and enjoyed keeping mostly to myself. The few neighbours I continued bumping into were always friendly and sociable. One big deterrent would be my upstairs neighbour who’s ignorance caused 3 separate ceiling leaks, one of which had soaked my mattress and forced me to sleep on the floor in my living room for about a week until the bedroom ceiling was repaired. My roommate and I, and small dog were just approved to live at Skyline, Heritage Drive. We had such a wonderfully welcoming experience with the new Superintendent, Trish, and with Connie. Right away we felt at home. Trish, and former Super, Connie, were professional yet very pleasant and friendly. We give Trish full marks for her very first lease.
It has been totally amazing! Everytime I need a repair or anything in my unit it's completed within 2 weeks! Staff in the management office is very friendly and receptive to any concerns I might have. I have lived in many apartments and this one is the best so far! Thank you! Jacqui
