Honestly.....the place is great....if I ever decide to go long term I will be back..the staff was very pleasant and attentive.....the food was better than at home....the staff tried to accommodate my every need....heritage plaza is where I will be going if ever I need long term care....im almost sad to be leaving but for right now I need rehab....thank you heritage plaza...

Not happy about how the cna's do their rounds..they tell you they will be by twice a shift and you lucky to see them once..they sure do take a lot of smoke breaks thougha...told them I want to go out but Noone comes...there's some good ones that will help you. .
