If I could do no star I would. It's not even the manager's fault what goes on here. It's the property owners Wilder Balter Partners, WBP Development LLC that have no conscience on how they allow this 55+ community to be maintained. This company has other properties well maintained in Westchester county. Our building is the unwanted step-child. You never get a response from them .. all they want is the rent check period. Pitiful
Ridiculous the amount of issues at this property. Managers are useless. Pests, roaches, plumbing issues. Needs to be reported to the health department at this point.
The building: cold and not very well kept as the trash rooms become over flowing and the shoot will back up to the third floor. An industrial pail with dirty water and mop may welcome you home as you walk in the front door. The maintenance lives on premesis but you may not know that from the little bits of whatever on the upper carpeted floors. Management is not consistent in matters of finance and policy. A nice community for older residents. Grounds are well kept. Nice size parking lot. Big elevator.
I wish I could give no stars or negative. This place is absolutely disgusting. BLOOD will be on the 1st floor hallways from the elevator to the lobby entrance for DAYS without it being cleaned up and this has happened more times than I can count since my family member moved in. There is always blood droplets on the floor!!!! In addition to blood, there is always countless other fluids on the floor.
