The building: cold and not very well kept as the trash rooms become over flowing and the shoot will back up to the third floor. An industrial pail with dirty water and mop may welcome you home as you walk in the front door. The maintenance lives on premesis but you may not know that from the little bits of whatever on the upper carpeted floors. Management is not consistent in matters of finance and policy.
