Animal lovers. DO NOT store your belongings here. Been a customer for about 6 months. Just recently we had a couple of pigeons move into the hall where our unit is. Obviously trying to keep warm and out of the elements. I didn't complain to the managers at all. Not even ONCE. Cause I am A FIRM BELIEVER that we (humans) intrude on their habitats. Honestly, I love this storage because of the 24 hr access, but unfortunately gave only 3 stars because of my last payment being only 4 mins late, they charged me another 25$! Not only that, but the previous month, i went to make my payment personally 3x and all 3 times there was a note on the door saying they would be back in 15-45 mins during business hours and still charged me a late fee at no fault of my own and having to come from out of town was a total inconvenience.
Heritage Storage Always Goes Above And Beyond!! Their Customer service is Exceptional! The Easter Event Was Absolutely Outstanding! Would Refer to my family and Friends and use in the Future As Well!
nice helpful friendly people - Always ready to listen to needs & want to help resolve any & all issues if any are to occur- i personally have not had any issues that have needed attention - property is always clean & guarded. i have been a tenant for years now.. :)
I am a new renter. Only 2 complaints...1. My niece referred me and when I told them, they did not give her the discount. 2. We were dropping off some things to put storage and I went in and asked to use the restroom and was told..."We don't have a public restroom". I mean really? I am a customer and I can't use the restroom🤔 However, the facility is 24 hours and I love that! I work nights so my schedule is hard to accommodate.
