I love renting from Heritage. They are fast to make sure you are getting helped when you go into the office. They are fast to get ahold of you if you go a day passed your due date to make sure everything is OK so you don't get stuck paying a late fee. The facility is well clean and the upkeep is awesome. You also get the value of your monthly fee. It is one of the lowest storage rates around the area

I've been here 2 yrs and my rate is still the same as the 1st day I moved in. Last place I was at raised my rate 3 times in 6 months and the last 2 times without any letter or text or email, smoke signal, telegraph, nothing. Since it was on auto-pay they thought I wouldn't notice... I moved out that week. FYI it's that place on the frontage road between Ceres and Keys. I went from there to here and I haven't been happier with any storage I've ever had. The gates are open 24 hrs. You gotta enter a code, they're not wide open.... read more
In April of 2022 my unit was broke into and everything was stolen Joe the (site manager) did not inform me of this until I call to find out why my lock was gone on 5/6/2022 he told me that he couldn't take his lock off until Monday 5/9/2022 but "not to worry when he shut and locked the door on 4/25/2022 everything looked fine" when I asked him about the security cameras he said they "recovered some video but you couldn't see much" when I went back to see the video first he said that "he couldn't show me the video" then he ... read more
