This is a case of 'A' not communicating with 'B'. They could not find the contract even though it was emailed over by the listing agent. I played ping pong on the phone as I was told to make calls between two offices of the HTC Company. And each of time they said I don't know what's going on with that the other office should know. I had the pleasure and opportunity to work with Hope for my title on my recently purchased house. She was there in a flash and answered any questions the seller might’ve had. We did a “for sale by owner”, and I definitely could not of gotten this done without heritage title and Hope! :-)
