Cyndee was the manager and came on board after the first year … She cares about the residents and it showed… was it perfect? Cindy is an awful manager . This place is infested with bedbugs and roaches and Cindy will blame the residences for this and the maintenance man will yell at the residents about this . They do not treat the apartments properly. The elevator is a death trap and has injured residents. And now it's been down for a week and the stairs are not useable for elderly people . Cindy refuses to give any updates and most residents have been trapped because they cannot us the stairs
