I do not recommend and would never use them again. I was quoted one price and when they came time to deliver it they would not until I paid another 3000$. When they did deliver there was so much damage, chunks was taken out of the furniture and all the hardware to my bed was gone. Their compensation was $126. Horrible company. Moving is literally their job. My mother had them scheduled for a month and the day of the move they said they would be late due to another client. They were supposed to be at her house first thing. She had to call them to get an update. Second time she spoke with them they told her they weren't going to make it on the day she scheduled her move. I don't want to give this company even a half of a star. Let me start off by saying My mother who is an elder and a veteran went to them thinking they wouldn't do exactly what they told her to beware of, "movers getting her stuff and jacking the price up on her." They estimated her for $6,000 she ended up paying over $11,000! I have never experienced such wonderful customer service with a moving company. Moving is so stressful but there was a gal working, I think her name was Kylie and she relieved so much of my stress just by knowing her stuff and she also had me cracking up laughing. Like I had such a good experience I want to move again soon. I hope I run into Kylie in the wild and we become best friends. With or without benefits.

I used Herlihy moving as recommended by my employer when I changed jobs. I moved, unfortunately, during a very hot real estate market in Columbus so while I was able to sell my place quickly I ran into trouble finding a new home. I hired them for full packing, move, storage for 9 months, and then move to new home. For the full packing they had a very efficient team come in and pack up all my belongings within a day.
