From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was so calm that I became relaxed. Everyone was helpful from the receptionist to the nurse and the doctor. While seeing the doctor, she understood exactly what I was experiencing and laid out an easy plan to resolve my issue. I couldn’t have asked for a more stress free experience and I felt like after several tries with different doctors, someone finally listened and heard what I was going through. I would highly recommend HerMD especially in Franklin, TN!
Charlene is amazing! She listens! That’s more than other actual MDs at other well known places did. She heard what I said, assessed, explained why, and how we can help improve symptoms. I have felt better and know there are physiological issues and not just age and “it will pass” as I’ve been told. Thank you HerMD for what you do for women’s health.

Bright waiting area. Friendly staff. Didn't have to wait long at all to be called back. Needed labs drawn- got it done in the office. Char & her team were thorough, kind, and listened to my concerns (instead of looking at my age & just getting meds prescribed).

From Nurse Laura Reviere to Angel Johnson at the front desk, I’ve never had such a warm, connected, and gentle experience for an annual woman’s wellness check up in my life.
