Working with them to get our new roof was very easy. The turn around time from signing the contract to getting to roof installation was super fast. Brandon the sales rep was the reason we went with them had three companies come out. He was the only one to follow up. Austin the project manager was very informative during the process of installation. I had the roof replaced at my house by Hero Roofing. They did an outstanding job from the initial assessment, quote, and scheduling by Christian Merrill to the actual roof replacement supervised by Zach Gillepsie. The price was good and the crew’s workmanship was top notch. They performed the job in the given time frame and it was just a seamless process. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for any roofing needs. Christian was fantastic!
Everything from the price to the install couldn't have been better. I had the roof, gutters and a skylight replaced. Looks great. Brandon was great to work with and the crews did a terrific job and cleaned up everything. I recommend Hero Roofing 100%.
Extremely satisfied with Christian Merrill and the Hero Roofing staff. These guys were able to have our new roof put on in a timely and efficient manner. The entire process was flawless and Christian did a phenomenal job organizing and explaining every key detail. Christian and his staff were very professional and were able to answer any and all of our questions. I will recommend him and his crew and will use this company again in the future.
