My husband and I moved into Heron Falls at the end of November, 2024 and love it here! The community is very kept up and the staff are very responsive to our needs. We looked at many communities before deciding on Heron Falls and this one was by far the best one we looked at. Kathy was very upfront and pleasant to work with. She had great response time whenever we had a question and closing on our new home was painless! So far the neighbors have been great as well. We are looking forward to many years at Heron Falls!
I lived here 10 plus years and it’s Safe clean park , management friendly and follow through with concerns .
We have lived here for almost 6 years, since we "retired" back to NYS. Very peaceful, safe, clean. The new ownership seems to be on top of everything. We have no plans to leave any time soon, Lord willing.
I moved in recently and am very pleased with the community and management. Theyre taking out old homes and putting in beautiful, brand new modular homes with great amenities. My boyfriend and i purchased a home and were greeted by very kind and friendly neighbors. Kathy in the office was a huge help to me when i had some hiccups with the loan company and she is very diligent, and honest and knows how to work with urgency when needed.
Heron Falls and the Villages of Heron Fall are a family friendly and also a senior citizen friendly neighborhood. The staff is friendly and helpful. The maintenance personnel are also top notch. The improvements are constantly happening. No better place to be.
