The amenities in this community are trash pick up and upcoming dog park and playground. I'm trying to grow thick, beautiful grass on my lot so that things look more appealing and aren't as muddy when raining. The only thing that is worthwhile for me is that my trailer is brand new (never been lived in), which is why I rate the community with four stars (one star off for lack of amenities and the price of lot rent)
