Straight forward pickup and drop off, did the online check in and keys already ready in the car when I arrived. Rented a Polstar 2 but be aware they might give you a car that have high charge, I got mine at 97% but the actual rental sheet was saying 89%, just make sure return the car above or the same as starting the rental. And the closest charger is only a 50kw one.

Found ourselves at Hertz Bris Airport yesterday after a bit of a misadventure with one of their cars. Pleased to say it was all resolved and the staff were very helpful. It was a good service experience. The on site staff were friendly, attentive and suitably personable. The call centres not so much - a bit hit and miss. Anyway, just appreciate people who have a bit of empathy and personality. It doesn't take much effort and goes down a treat.

I booked a small convertible for a special outing with my wife, but we had an unexpected visitor and needed to upgrade to a bigger car at pickup. The team at Hertz Brisbane Airport made the last-minute upgrade incredibly easy and stress-free. The whole process was smooth, friendly, and efficient. Thank you for making what could have been a hassle such a pleasant experience.

Very easy, booked before I came, arrived late at night at 12am, someone was there to hand over keys, car was clean and ready to go. Got a Kia picanto, was tad smelly in the car may have been over use of steam cleaning chemicals or something when cleaning. Return was super easy as was, someone was waiting in the parking bay did a quick check as I was late and was able to send me on my way ver fast. They rented out a car to my dad that smelled strongly of dog urine, covered up with an excessive amount of air freshener. When I called to make a complaint, they told me to come to the airport in person to exchange the vehicle, and when I said we didn’t have the time, they spoke to me in an aggressive tone and told me to just keep the car. As I asked if I could exchange it at another branch, they said to "figure it out yourself." Thank you for showing absolutely no attempt to apologise or resolve the situation.
