Rented a Polstar 2 for 3 days, had 90% battery on pickup, very straight forward pickup and return.
Hertz Adelaide Airport service is great. Tessa is especially good. She went extra miles to help me when I asked for a small car. She remembers my request whenever I turned up. I am impressed.
CHARGED US AN EXTRA 50$ FOR NO REASON! NEVER COMING BACK! Otherwise was sensational. Hired a tiny car and got a Subaru with all the latest technology so easy to drive with accurate speedometers. Best car I've ever been in. Such good prices thanks to my work. Definitely coming back. When we got out of the car from returning expecting to sighn so much paperwork we had none. Just leave the keys in the car they said and waved bye. So shocked from how well that is.
Prices are reasonable. Process of picking up the car is fast and dropping off car is even faster; you simply drop the car off at the parking lot with the keys inside. They don’t even check if you had accidentally scratched the car. (I did not scratched the car though). Their Services are friendly too. I rented a Toyota 7 seater and the staff asked me if I would like to upgrade to a Mercedes 7 seater with just additional of $20/day.
