Straight forward pickup and drop off, did the online check in and keys already ready in the car when I arrived. Rented a Polstar 2 but be aware they might give you a car that have high charge, I got mine at 97% but the actual rental sheet was saying 89%, just make sure return the car above or the same as starting the rental. And the closest charger is only a 50kw one.
Very easy, booked before I came, arrived late at night at 12am, someone was there to hand over keys, car was clean and ready to go. Got a Kia picanto, was tad smelly in the car may have been over use of steam cleaning chemicals or something when cleaning. Return was super easy as was, someone was waiting in the parking bay did a quick check as I was late and was able to send me on my way ver fast. Good service and friendly staff, almost all are new car
The service at Hertz was really good. When I arrived, the guys told me there were no cars available. I was there with my wife and my baby, and they still did everything they could to help us out. They managed to sort things out and got a car for us in the end. Really happy with the service great team!
Reporting a terrible situation I witnessed when picking up my rental car on Wednesday 4th February 2026. An elderly woman was talking with the young Hertz man (no name badge) at the Hertz pickup counter about the challenges she had with her rental car. He was so rude to her - spoke in Spanish, gave her phone numbers for customer service that weren’t answered and was just horrible - escalated the situation vs trying to solve.
