The team at Hertz Darwin Airport were super helpful! We were renting during Jan this year and left a pair of prescription sunglass. The team are very kind to post the item to my address with express delivery. Much appreciated and 5 star service!

We were provided a car, one tyre had lower pressure, popped in the fuel station and pumped air, couple of hours later depressured again, and brought the car back again, all in the same day and with photos proofing that it had the warning in the first instance. Provided another car, however an investigation is opened now trying to charge us the flat tyre issue !!! Although i have sent all the images with time stamps. Very disappointed. I have been using rental acrs from various companies for so long, never seen such a policy... read more

Huge communication issue (you should be aware of) - this review is left after I’ve tried to sort this out over the phone, online and through their customer service but no luck in getting to a reasonable conclusion. Bear in mind the service is good but the lack of care in explaining the exact charges on the bill breakdown should be taken into account. Prepaid for the car with clear notes saying location fee including. Slugged $428 extra when we turned up to the airport including futher location fees. Thankfully we returned the car 24 hours early and got some of this back. Ended up being >$1000 for ~50h hire. also their customer service line tells you to email instead and then cuts out. Poor customer service overall

Thank you so much for the excellent service we received at Darwin Airport. Firstly, we were given a brand new car and an upgrade in size too. Then we were allowed to extend the hire period too at a slightly reduced rate. The young lady who helped us at the start and end of our hire period was so friendly and helpful too. Thanks
