I was disappointed by the lack of transparency and customer service during my recent rental with Hertz. When I made my reservation in March, there was no clear indication that overhead damage was excluded from the coverage, even when purchasing the highest level of Damage Waiver protection. Got a late flight in and it was a little busy but service was friendly, professional and very helpful. Anu was lovely and provided an upgrade to a larger vehicle that was available to accommodate for our luggage. Smooth process, great service and convenient location. Would recommend.

Thrifty office was unattended, was directed to the Hertz office. Was served by Saul/Sol? - incredibly friendly guy, got our rental quickly with no issues. Just a 10/10 customer service experience. It’s always so nice to have a seamless and friendly rental car experience. Thank you Thrifty/Hertz/Saul!

Rented a mystery car online, pick up from Darwin airport and driven to Perth airport over 16 days. Very easy transaction, great customer relations. We drove approx 6800kms over the 16 days. I am a stage 4 bowel cancer patient and very appreciated for everything from Hertz hire. Great service and customer relations. Thank you for a great experience.

I booked and prepaid for an Audi SQ5 which was advertised as a guaranteed model. However, when I arrived at Hertz Perth Airport to collect the vehicle, the SQ5 was unavailable and I was given a Mazda CX-5 instead, which is a lower vehicle class. It is disappointing that the guaranteed model was not honoured, as I had specifically chosen this booking because the model was guaranteed.
