STAY AWAY AND SPARE YOURSELF. I purchased a used vehicle, yes I understand “used” 2021 Ford Edge last year in January. This year January 2025 the vehicle has a failed transmission. I’ve contact the store manager( who’s new to the business) after reopening a few months ago. I was in an accident and in need of a car for my family, well I was swindled and left with an inoperable vehicle, no resolve or help in this issue and a lien on the vehicle which will effect me in the long run. I bought a vehicle here back in December. Despite the purchase being more than 2 months ago, I haven't received license plates or title for the vehicle. Repeated calls to the store have been unhelpful. They keep promising to send me a new temporary license tag since the one they gave me has expired, but I have yet to receive it. There's something really wrong with this dealer, I recommend going elsewhere.
Paid my own money and took time off of work to have a vehicle inspected by our mechanic. Was ready to purchase afterwards and was told that Hertz had raised the price 15% overnight while I was scheduling the inspection. Wasted my time and money and felt like a dishonest way to do business.
