I must first say that the one woman doing rentals was as professional as possible and did a good job. She is over worked and clearly doing the best she can. If she is rude it’s because her job is what nightmares are made of. There was over an hour wait worth of a line of people both times I went- both to pick up and drop off. I saw her tell multiple people with reservations that they didn’t have a car for them while I waited. He was very friendly, communicative, and by far the best car salesman I've ever come across. I had a great experience purchasing a car here, they worked with me and answered all of my questions. My salesman Justan Welch was the best, he got me exactly what I wanted, even put a new battery in for me. Ask for him if you are thinking about purchasing.
If you are looking to actually get the car you reserved, go elsewhere. They will show on their website that cars are available and allow you to book that car, but when you show up there are no cars. The lady behind the desk was zero help and couldn't give 2 shits that we paid to get there and were now stuck. We had to pay to get back home so we not only wasted our time, but our money. Don't even bother with corporate as they couldn't care less either
