My first time using the Rent2Buy experience and to be honest, it was the least stressful car buying experience I've ever had. The amount I was told over the phone was the price I paid (price of car + $175 doc fees. Of course I could buy addl. warranties if I wanted). Omar, my salesman, the finance manager, and the general manager were all wonderful. My only critique, not the dealer's fault, was the time it took to obtain the title. Car is as expected!

Aaron was very helpful. He was honest about price of car and ending up getting a 4Runner. I would have given them better reviews if there was more communication in the process. We were in the dark about the buying process and this made us very uneasy. In the end, we received car as promised.

I purchased my vehicle last year and had an ok experience with Carlos. Referred my sister to hertz, unfortunately Carlos was assigned to her. The back and fourth and misinformation is so frustrating. I regret referring her. It seems like he has too much on his plate, which I can understand. But replying to emails with false information is rough.
