Dr. Hess is a very excellent surgeon. I was very nervous at the beginning. He explained to me and helped me throughout the beginning, middle and ending of my surgery. I will recommend him for any orthopedic surgery as needed for anybody the staff everyone works with him excellent top grade top-tier just wish there were more people like Dr. Hess
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and overall communication at this office. I assist my father, who has limited English proficiency, with scheduling appointments and managing his care. On March 3rd, I scheduled an initial consultation at the Union office due to his knee issue, which significantly limited his ability to extend his leg and walk comfortably. During that visit, he was simply prescribed Meloxicam and instructed to return a month later (April 9th) to the Jersey City office for an MRI. Because... read more
This is the absolute best place you want to be to get things done correctly professionally and most importantly treated like family. “Katherine Richardson” is literally an Angel working there and made sure everything was done and even went beyond to make sure I was ok. Hess office staff in Union is very kind and professional doing all my visits so far. Listening to my all my concerns and questions about my health. Giving me solutions that will get me back healthy again. The Medical Coordinator Breanna Meyer has been a life saver with getting my job disability medical form completed in a timely manner so I won’t loose any pay. Dr. Hess is truly and amazing doctor he did my surgery and I have no regrets. I was recommended to him by another doctor, this is the best choice I ever made.
