HESSLER FLOORING SUBCONTRACTS THEIR INSTALLATION SERVICE AND DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY MISHAP. Sadly, I had a jewelry bag stored in my nightstand and did not think to remove it when I had the carpet installed. My engagement ring, infinity ring, necklaces, etc were inside and I discovered the bag missing a few days after the installation. The customer is correct in stating that the Naples Police Department was contacted and an investigation was performed. The detective assigned to the case found no evidence to suggest that Hessler Floor Covering or the installation crew was involved in any alleged theft. Hessler Floor Covering did cooperate and answered any and all questions posed by the detective. To be clear, Hessler Floor Covering spoke with the Naples PD detective but did NOT pursue any follow-up with their installation teams. What actions, if any, were taken with the installers? Hessler NEVER reached out to me to offer any form of relief. Who instructed Hessler to convey to me that I contact my insurance company? Their insurance company? Perhaps they have "never encountered a claim" such as mine because they refuse to accept and/or file one.
Be aware that Hessler flooring is the same as Wayne W****. Do yourself a favor and check Wayne W**** reviews. You buy from Hessler but Wayne installs it. I am giving a one star but it should be MINUS. I would like the owner of the company to contact me in relation to the work in progress by your company. It is URGENT. You are welcome to stop buy and check it out. As a matter of fact, I think you should. I am still hoping that they will fix it. Thanks
