HESSLER FLOORING SUBCONTRACTS THEIR INSTALLATION SERVICE AND DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY MISHAP. Sadly, I had a jewelry bag stored in my nightstand and did not think to remove it when I had the carpet installed. My engagement ring, infinity ring, necklaces, etc were inside and I discovered the bag missing a few days after the installation. Be aware that Hessler flooring is the same as Wayne W****. Do yourself a favor and check Wayne W**** reviews. You buy from Hessler but Wayne installs it. I am giving a one star but it should be MINUS. I would like the owner of the company to contact me in relation to the work in progress by your company. It is URGENT. You are welcome to stop buy and check it out. As a matter of fact, I think you should. I am still hoping that they will fix it. Thanks
