Joy was able to take me last minute when my other loctitian canceled. She was friendly, understanding and met me my needs well. She’s very knowledgeable about the loc process and what would look best on my head. Very satisfied and will come again to book with her!
Absolutely love this place!! Tried it out for my engagement, and they did wonders with my hair!! Joy worked with me in particular, and the lady has magic hands. My hair was styled in just over an hour (which is beyond impressive as it’s very long), and it’s just beautiful and softer than it has been in ages to boot; quality, and quickly received! Besides styling, communication is also very prompt with this salon, and the pricing was beyond fair for the services I got. I’m certainly going to come back!
I got my first boho braids done by Joy and Elizabeth, they made me look FABULOUS! I’m definitely coming back. I enjoyed how they cared for me and my hair, they had such great vibes too. Free apples and even offered me pizza. I have a lot of thick hair so it took 5hrs for my hairdo to be completed 🥴, of course I had the pleasure of multiple stand up stretching breaks and water. Great experience. Joy was very kind and accommodating. Text back fast. Also the other braider was so sweet and kind. I have very short hair and they were able to work with me and give me the style I wanted. It came out great!
I had a very disappointing experience here. My hair was not done correctly, and when I politely reached out to have it fixed, the stylist refused to make it right. I spent good money expecting professional service, but was left with results I’m unhappy with and no willingness to correct the mistake. Extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend.
