During my several years of tenancy with Hibbert Homes the team at Bramhall have been great. Their communication has always been good but when circumstances meant I couldn't meet their schedule for visits they were very understanding. Adele, who has inspected my rental flat, and Amy,who is handling the end of my tenancy, are worthy of particular mention for being so friendly as well.
Alex and Charlie were a pleasure to work with on purchasing my flat recently. Communication was great and had all the information at hand that I was after. Sale took longer than expected but that was issues with the seller and solicitors and not Hibbert Homes. Would happily recommend these guys to deal with any property purchase or sale. Chester
Hibbert Homes has provided us with a fantastic service throughout the time we have rented out a house with them. When it came to the time we needed our property back to move a family member into Lauren guided us through the process. When the tenant refused to leave Hibbert Homes recommended a great solicitor and Lauren helped us every step of the way, she even meet the bailiffs and got the locks changed. We did pay monthly for the full managing services and it was worth every penny .
My experience with Hibbert Home overall has been great. All the staff that I've had contact with have been very helpful and professional. Neil, who dealt with the letting was excellent in keeping me informed at every stage of the letting. I would have no hesitation in recommending Hibbert Home for the service they provide.
