Our experience with Hibbert Homes was outstanding. Neil, our estate agent, was exceptional—he kept us informed at every stage and ensured the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Everything moved quickly and efficiently which was refreshing after less similar experiences. Neil went above and beyond to respond to all our emails and maintained great communication between us and the landlord. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service!
Amy was fantastic throughout the entire move-in process – professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful at every step. She made what could have been a stressful transition much smoother. They were my letting agents for 2 years and were exceptional without complain. During checkout I had exceptional circumstances regarding my lease which was dealt with compassion and understanding and without any aggression by Amy. I am very happy as a tenant to have Hibbert homes be my letting agents.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Our experience with Hibbert Homes has been amazing. Neil dealt with our new property and he was absolutely fantastic, he kept us updated throughout the entire process, nothing was ever too much trouble for him and he was always friendly and polite. During my several years of tenancy with Hibbert Homes the team at Bramhall have been great. Their communication has always been good but when circumstances meant I couldn't meet their schedule for visits they were very understanding. Adele, who has inspected my rental flat, and Amy,who is handling the end of my tenancy, are worthy of particular mention for being so friendly as well.
