This apartment is complex is completely trash from them not fixing issues to nobody ever being at the office , unable to get parking stickers for family members because they will tow your car in hours of it being out side basically saying you can’t have 0 friends or family over . They have shopping carts in the court yard for weeks & the office new office manager is completely trash . At this point shut this whole place down and open a homeless shelter out of it

We have a new lady in our office, her name is Ruby, very nice and professional. I had 2 maintenance request since she’s been here and they were completed immediately also the loud music is calm now. Ruby is a keeper!!!
They can’t seem to keep the hot water on. The place is infested with roaches. They came to my apartment a few days ago because the shower diverted is busted. It still has not been fixed. I have been wanting to take a shower for the last 3 days after work, but shower is busted and no hot water. Also, office says they open at 9, but they don’t get there until around 9:30 or 10.
Great new management. I've lived here for 5 years and by far this is the best. Edith is AWESOME!!! Whenever I request maintenance someone is at my door within 24 hours. She's a hard worker and very professional. She knows her stuff and will go above and beyond to help the residents ❤️
