They can’t seem to keep the hot water on. The place is infested with roaches. They came to my apartment a few days ago because the shower diverted is busted. It still has not been fixed. I have been wanting to take a shower for the last 3 days after work, but shower is busted and no hot water. Also, office says they open at 9, but they don’t get there until around 9:30 or 10.
Great new management. I've lived here for 5 years and by far this is the best. Edith is AWESOME!!! Whenever I request maintenance someone is at my door within 24 hours. She's a hard worker and very professional. She knows her stuff and will go above and beyond to help the residents ❤️

Just to let everyone know those reviews are old, I just moved in Monday and the property is very clean, quiet and beautiful. Ivette in the office is amazing and so sweet, I saw her with alot of people in the office and everyone was treated so nice, also Ernesta at Villas del río is so awesome as well, the team is really working hard to make everything look so nice, if you want to feel right at home and live peacefully please come check them out, you will not regret it😇
Horrible experience! Experiencia horrible no los recomiendo! I can never get a hold of leasing office to get my deposit back. Never seen the owners had to only deal with the leasing office and most of the time she was unavailable or unable to properly answer my questions. Interesting how they these fake reviews both with owners response and both just reviewing the same apt complexes at the same time.
