the residents are sweet as can be but i witnessed a couple of cnas mistreat residents and even more of them talk poorly about them right in front of them. a cna locked a woman w down syndrome in the bathroom for an hour, leaving her scared and crying.
Please do not send your love ones here some of the staff miss treat there patience And if you call and make a complaint on the behalf of your loved one, they do not really listen.
The residents and staff are wonderful here at Hickory Creek at Scottsburg. The atmosphere is cozy and warm the moment you walk in the door. Residents are well cared for and are happy. The wide variety of activities keep our residents entertained all day. Meals are exceptional and prepared by very talented staff.
Hickory Creek at Scottsburg is such a home like atmosphere. Both of my great grandparents have lived out their lives here, as well as a great aunt and great uncle. They always go above and beyond to make family feel secure knowing their loved one is being cared for.
Hickory creek is a small building and feels more personal homey feeling. I enjoy working here everyone really does help each other out the managers step up and help in each department. I also enjoy the residents they are very loving. I would recommend hickory creek for anyone and even my own family
