We had an excellent experience working with Steven Ramirez at Hicks Family Nissan. He was extremely helpful from start to finish answering all of our questions and he made sure we found the perfect car to meet our needs. Steven made the process as smooth as possible. I really appreciate his attention to detail and his friendly attitude. He is extremely knowledgeable and we never felt pressured. We highly recommend working with him! I had an absolutely amazing experience at Hick Family Nissan! From the moment I walked in, Adrian T. was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. He made the entire process so smooth – I drove away with my new car in just 1 hour! The paperwork was quick and easy, and the coffee was delicious while I waited. Adrian was very helpful and enthusiastic about finding me the right vehicle. He has extensive knowledge of the Nissan features and operations and has offered to assist me in any way he can. In the end I wound up purchasing a 2023 Nissan Rogue SV that has the optional equipment I wanted. The price was within my budget and the financing met my needs.

I want to give a big Thanks to Raul Fuentes and Nate Findlay and of course to the Hicks Family Nissan dealership. They were able to work with me very well on my purchase , on down payment , discount and my monthly payments. They are very flexible, my husband was at home with the kids when I did the purchase and needed it his signature and they were able to meet him at home!!
